I looooove my Garlic Press. I can mince the garlic up without having to take the skin off. The press does it for me! Once I mince a clove, I open the press & pull out the garlic skin off the grate. Then I put another clove in, mice, pull out the garlic skin, & repeat! I don’t have such sticky fingers & plus, I can make as little or as much as I want in a jiffy! The Pampered Chef brand I own comes with a tool that cleans up the holes easier than just a sponge. The Garlic Press is an awesome tool that I use ALL the time!!!
